Each year, we host The Big Connect to showcase how we explore innovative ideas, share best practices and engage in visionary thought leadership to help inspire our residents, team members and prospective customers to live their best lives.

Our theme for The Big Connect 2024 asks,
“What if…?”, a challenge to our guests to be curious, explorative and excited about future possibilities of how we can make our mission of inspiring the best life come alive in a truly meaningful way within our communities and our own lives.

Attire: The recommended attire for the meeting is business casual. We recommend button-down, collared shirts or tops, along with jackets, sports coats and/or longer sleeves and pants in case of the weather since we will have access to outdoor areas of the hotel. Ties are not required.
